The rules
- Price
- La Mesa group menu £65 per person, with sharing mains charged separately
- Party sizes
- Up to 10 online: up to 4 at The Counter, 6 in El Asador and 6 to 10 at La Mesa. Larger groups go through events@saborrestaurants.co.uk.
- Deposit
- Card details are needed to secure a booking. No prepayment is stated.
- Cancellation
- The official FAQ asks for 24 hours' notice and charges £50 per person for late cancellations or no-shows; the SevenRooms terms instead say to cancel by email by 12:00 the day before and give a £25 per person charge.
- Walk-ins
- The Bar and the Terrace (weather permitting) are walk-in only. The Counter also holds some seats for walk-ins. Everyone in the party must be present to be seated.
- Waitlist
- The FAQ says a waiting list runs for walk-ins when the restaurant is full. SevenRooms offers 'Submit a request' when no slots are shown.
Getting in
- The Bar and Terrace do not take bookings, so walking in is the main option there.
- The SevenRooms page and the official site disagree on whether Counter bookings are open, so check both.
- Pre-theatre Counter slots can be booked; add your show time in the booking notes.
