The rules
- Party sizes
- 1 to 14 on Resy; for groups over 8, email events@majorfood.com.
- Deposit
- $25 per person for lunch and $50 per person for dinner, plus tax, credited to the bill; bookings and deposits cannot be transferred.
- Cancellation
- The deposit is refunded if you cancel by 12:00 on the day of a dinner booking, or at least 12 hours before a lunch booking.
- Walk-ins
- The Infatuation says walk-ins are not accepted (secondary).
Getting in
- Changes and cancellations go through reservations@carbonenewyork.com.
- Dress code: no shorts, open-toed shoes, tank tops, athletic wear or baseball caps.
- Lunch runs Tuesday to Sunday, 11:30 to 14:00; dinner runs nightly, 17:00 to 23:30.
