The rules
- Price
- tasting menu DKK 3,800 per person (vegetarian menu also DKK 3,800)
- Deposit
- The Superb booking flow charges a 'Tasting Menu Deposit' of DKK 2,500, deducted from the final bill except for a DKK 10 handling fee. The source does not say whether this is per person.
- Cancellation
- Superb booking settings allow online cancellation up to 2,880 minutes (48 hours) before the booking. No forfeit terms are published.
- Waitlist
- The waiting-list feature is enabled in Koan's Superb booking settings.
Getting in
- The tasting menu takes at least 3 hours.
- Lunch is served on Friday, or on Saturday in the occasional weeks when the restaurant opens on Saturday. Dinner runs Tuesday to Thursday from 18:00.
- If you have dietary restrictions, email booking@koancph.dk before booking; not all can be accommodated. Mention a vegetarian menu when you book.
