Reservations open in seasonal blocks, with newsletter subscribers getting early access; the November 5 – January 30 block is open now, and no fixed release date or time is published.

The rules
- Price
- tasting menu DKK 4,500 per person; wine pairing DKK 2,000; juice pairing DKK 1,500
- Party sizes
- Dining room 1–8 guests; shared table 1–6 guests. Solo diners can book only at the shared table, and only occasionally.
- Deposit
- Full prepayment on Tock of DKK 4,613 per person. The 2.5% admin fee in that is never refunded. The shared table is sold only as a full package with a beverage pairing.
- Cancellation
- Cancel at least 14 days ahead by email to booking@noma.dk for a refund, minus the 2.5% admin fee. After that nothing is refunded, including smaller parties and no-shows. Tables may be released if you are more than 30 minutes late.
- Waitlist
- Tock has a waiting list by date, and the restaurant notifies you when a matching table opens.
Getting in
- Larger tables are often easier to get than tables for two.
- Bookings can be transferred to another person through your Tock profile, but not resold above face value.
- Children under 12 are not allowed at the shared table; tell the restaurant about allergies at least 7 days ahead.
